Ennce Privacy Agreement
This privacy agreement is closely related to the Ennce services you use and the various business functions they contain. We hope that you will carefully read and fully understand the contents of this agreement before using our products and services so that you can make informed choices that are suitable for you. Once you use or continue to use our products and services, you have agreed to the contents of this privacy agreement and agree that we will collect, use, save and share your relevant information in accordance with the agreement.
How we collect and use your personal information
The Ennce Privacy Protection Agreement specifically reminds you that in the process of using the products and services provided by Ennce, the content and information you upload or publish may involve your personal sensitive information. Therefore, please consider carefully before using our products and services. You agree that we will process these personal sensitive information in accordance with the purposes and methods set out in the Ennce Privacy Agreement. Depending on the needs you submit, the information we may collect and use includes but is not limited to your name, nickname, account name, email, photo, gender, address, avatar, etc.
1. Additional functions based on camera: You can use the camera function to shoot videos and take photos to quickly upload venue-related content or complete personal information authentication. We will ensure that this permission is only used when necessary with your authorization to protect your privacy.
2. Additional functions based on picture upload: Ennce allows you to upload photos to modify your personal avatar or share activity moments. The uploaded pictures will only be used in the functions you choose and will not be used for other purposes. At the same time, your picture privacy will be strictly protected.
3. Additional functions based on voice technology: You can use the microphone for voice consultation and interact with venue managers in real time. During this process, we will collect your recording content to accurately identify your needs and provide better customer service and after-sales support services to ensure that your problems can be solved quickly.
4. Additional functions based on making phone calls: When you need to contact the venue publisher, we will request voice call permissions so that you can make phone calls to communicate related matters smoothly.
5. Service log information: When you visit or use the Ennce website or client, we will automatically collect and record your usage as a service log, including browsing, clicking, searching, favorites, transactions, after-sales records, as well as IP addresses, browser types, telecom operators, language used, access date and time.
Please understand that the normal operation of each business function requires the collection of certain personal information. When you withdraw your authorization, we will stop the corresponding service and no longer process the relevant information, but this will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on authorization.
How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
1. Sharing
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and are fully aware of its importance to your privacy. Your personal information is not only the core basis for us to provide you with Ennce application services, but also the basis for us to build trust with you. For this information, we will only collect and use it within the purpose and scope described in this privacy agreement, or in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and take strict security measures to keep it confidential. Generally, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except in the following specific circumstances:
• We have obtained your explicit authorization or consent in advance;
• We need to share your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, government mandatory orders or judicial decisions;
• It is necessary to provide your personal information to a third party to protect the interests, property or safety of us, our users or the public from damage within the scope required or permitted by law;
• Your personal information may be shared among our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information, and such sharing is also subject to the purpose of this privacy agreement. If the affiliated company wants to change the purpose of processing personal information, it will ask for your authorization and consent again;
• We will treat your information with a high degree of diligence. Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual outside our company, except for the processing that cannot identify a specific individual and cannot be restored.
2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual unless we obtain your explicit consent. If a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation occurs, it may involve the transfer of personal information. In this case, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy agreement. If there is any change in the collection and processing of personal information agreed in this privacy agreement, the company or organization will ask for your authorization and consent again.
3. Public disclosure
For your personal information disclosed publicly, we will carefully review its legitimacy, rationality and legality as soon as possible after receiving the public disclosure application, and take the most stringent personal information security protection measures and means to protect it during and after the public disclosure.
4. Exceptions to sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information
Please be aware that, according to the provisions of laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your prior authorization and consent:
• Directly related to national security and national defense security;
• Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
• Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; or in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, administrative agencies, or competent authorities such as public security, procuratorial organs, and courts;
• For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals’ major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
• Personal information is disclosed to the public by you or collected from legally disclosed channels (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.);
• Necessary for signing and performing relevant agreements or other written documents with you;
• Other circumstances stipulated by the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Education Commission, and other superior authorities.
About the use of cookies and similar technologies
1. When you use the services of this application, we may use cookies and similar technologies to collect some of your personal information, including: your login information. Cookies and similar technologies collect such information for the purpose of your use of this application and services, simplifying the steps of your repeated operations, facilitating your viewing of usage history, protecting your information and account security, and improving the services of this application.

You can give or withdraw your authorization consent at any time for the information rights and use collected for the purpose of expanding business functions. You can manage your authorization through the device system permission settings.
3. You have the right to cancel your account
You need to understand and agree that if you use this application account to log in to this application, you can cancel the login account of this application by canceling this application account. You can apply for cancellation online through this application or apply for cancellation of your account through other methods we publicly announce. After you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to log in and use this application and services with that account; the content, information, data, records, this application services, etc. under the account will be deleted or anonymized, except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations or otherwise required by regulatory authorities.
Protection of Minors' Information
Ennce attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors and is committed to providing them with a safe environment. If you are under 18 years old, we recommend that you obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using Ennce services. We strictly follow relevant laws and regulations and take additional protection measures for the personal information of minors to ensure their privacy. Ennce will follow the principle of minimization when collecting, using and storing the personal information of minors, and limit it to the necessary service scope. In addition, if we find that the information of minors has been collected without the consent of the guardian, we will immediately take measures to delete the relevant data. We encourage parents and guardians to actively participate in and guide the online activities of minors to jointly protect their privacy and safety. Updates to Privacy Agreement
Ennce's privacy agreement may change. Without your explicit consent, we will not limit your rights under this privacy agreement. For major changes, we will provide more prominent notices. Major changes referred to in this agreement include but are not limited to:
1. Major changes in our service model. Such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, the way personal information is used, etc.;
2. We have major changes in control rights, etc. Such as changes in ownership caused by mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
3. The main objects of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure have changed;
4. Your rights to participate in personal information processing and the way you exercise them have changed significantly;
5. When our responsible department, contact information and complaint channels for handling personal information security have changed;
6. When the personal information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
Others
We strongly recommend that you keep your account and personal information properly. We will not be responsible for any leakage or loss of account information due to your personal reasons.
The privacy agreement must be consistent with the interpretation of national laws, including controversial and conflicting content in the legal agreement. If any service agreement conflicts with the law, these agreements will be re-interpreted as close as possible, while other agreements will remain legally binding and have an impact on users. Disputes caused by users booking any product through Ennce will be subject to the jurisdiction of this application area.
